BIKE SAFETY RODEO D

For ages 4-8. The Bike Safety Rodeo is a great way for kids to practice and learn about safe cycling techniques. The rodeo includes a safety inspection and a series of skills stations directly related to everyday bicycling situations. Participants will practice starting and stopping, the safe way to exit a driveway, how to look for traffic, negotiate an intersection and avoid common road hazards. Bring your bike, a helmet and a water bottle. You must wear a bike helmet to participate.

The Big Bad Wolf is fed up with blowing down the

houses of the Three Little Pigs, so he heads off in

search of a new fairy tale to participate in. Along

the way, he creates one mixed-up mess after

another in this hilarious twisted fairy tale. Based

on the book by David Conway.

 

AUG 8-12: HORACE THE HORRIBLE

Princess Minuette is sent to stay with Uncle

Horace while her father recovers from the

flu. Horace is a fierce knight who knows how

to slay dragons, crush armies and rescue

damsels in distress. What does he know

about looking after a little princess who

misses her father? Based on the book by

Jackie French Koller.

Baba Yaga is a witch with a scary reputation

who secretly wants to be loved. Will

stories of her wicked past ruin her chance

of happiness?
